Mosaic

We had two main tasks – to introduce employees to each other and to present the new values of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

We organically incorporated values into an active team building quest and conveyed their main ideas to the participants with the help of the game.

As each game task was conquered, so too were communication barriers, replaced by growing confidence and warmer, more genuine smiles among the participants.
